Stanford Club is proud to present the long awaited "Stanford Club presents …" speaker series.  Your club committee looks to develop this speaker series as a Club tradition where members can meet alumni leaders of diverse fields in an informal and personal setting of 12-15 attendees.  To kick off the series, we are pleased to bring you Blair Pickerell, the legendary pioneer in the HK and Asia Pacific investment management industry. 

A native of California and BA/MA in East Asian Studies (79), Blair ventured across the Pacific in 1984 with the Jardine Matheson Group upon graduation from Harvard Business School.  Since then, he has played key roles in the development of the industry in the region in his various roles with Jardine Fleming, HSBC Asset Management, Morgan Stanley … in addition to his industry roles for the industry bodies and regulators in the region.  To learn about the making of this industry, the competitive advantage of our region, what it takes to be successful in this industry … and more, sign up NOW.
